An individual who is depressingly addicted to the allure of tactical gear or culture on clothing, guns, vehicles, etc.

Someone who would want a lot of modifications on a simple pistol could be considered a tactifreak.
"Have you seen the amount of mods on that guy's gun? That dudes a tactifreak!"
