The overwhelming rush of sensory stimulation and excitement you feel when you step off an elevator (or enter any casino-like environment) and are bombarded with flashing lights, loud music, and general chaos—simultaneously overstimulating and hype-inducing. Basically, your brain goes from 0 to 100 in seconds. Named after the experience of walking into Harrah’s Casino in Atlantic City.
