A large man full of fat and lard. Typically born of Hispanic decent, loud and obnoxious the Tineo is a vicious creature choosing his weapon of destruction as the crutch. His second line of defense is the memeing aka a crucial way to repeatedly annoy the victim to death. Although very big on the outside the Tineo is a teddy bear on the inside full of fat and joy.
