1. A person famous only for doing moderate to extremely dangerous stunts that most would consider not ONLY dangerous, but quite stupid.

2. A person with an obviously low IQ that over uses cliché surfer language and mannerisms.

I can't believe Jake is so popular for jumping over that car, he's such a gnartard.

Gnartard

A total ski bum who thinks they are hot shit but can barely handle an easy blue. They have “shredded gnar for years homie” but is literally on the ground every time you see them.
