Someone from Duncan, BC who is a total retard do you combine the word together with the city of Duncan. It usually refers to the people who sleep with you then get mad when you pay their cab fare home or let them stay the night because they’re super sketch.

Adam: I had this Dunctard over last night and he yelled at me because he had to walk home because he was too cheap to get a cab. And I don’t let guys stay over who give fake names.
