Nowadays : A crappy commercial form of television that cancelled every good show, and which is now intended for dumb people with stupid gay shows like Zoey 101, Drake & Josh, iCarly, Ned's Declassified School Survive Guide, Victorious and ESPECIALLY Big Time Rush. To put it in another way : MTV Junior.
