Usually, sexual or violent scenes are cut out in the rated version.

XBOX Media Center.

A complex media center application for the Microsoft XBOX console, allowing the user to use the console for playing videos and music in addition to games. The media may be located at the XBOX harddrive, on a DVD, or on a nearby computer.

As the XBMC isn't a offical package from Microsoft, you need a modchip to be able to run it.
