An awesome combination of calling someone a piece of shit and a cunt. When used, it is often in a more joking and lighter fashion. It takes two big insults and makes it humorous, but still holds the vulgarity.

Sarah - "I don't think I'm gonna go out tonight."

Gary - "C'mon you lazy piece of cunt."

After you defecate and you go to whipe your ass and there is nothing on the toilet paper. A clean number 2.

Eric : "yo, I just took the biggest shit but there was nothing when i wiped."

Roger: "Damn, that's ghost booty at it's finest."
