Man, I just finished reading "The Expanse" trililogy; all 9 books! So much better story than the complete Star Wars trililogy.

Initialism for "I want it because I want it". Often seen in organizations where a "Product Manager" or Marketing Department dictates what gets produced, without having any data or evidence to back up a need for it; a passion project.

Developer: They asked me to write code to use AI in this totally stupid way.

Developer: It's an IWIBIWI project.

Middle Square

An event (generally unpleasant) that is almost guaranteed to happen, so that it might as well be the "middle square" in a Corporate/Bullshit Bingo card.

Jesus Christ; having Susanna speak up in a meeting without having been asked to might as well be our Middle Square.
