Clackula is a skeleton with a tuxedo, 3 thick, long tendons/muscles for legs and mouths for hands. No, these mouth-hands are not for eating. They can eat, it's just not what they're used for. The mouth-hands produce a clacking sounds, like a pair of Clastinets.
