A Hamburg Pancake is when a man ejaculates into the hand of their partner. Then the partner, with the semen in hand, slaps them across the face as hard as they can, splatteering the semen across their face, head and all around.
Jimmy and Sally made a Hamburg Pancake in the living room yesterday. I had to throw away the couch, I still have to clean the ceiling and I have no idea where the cat ran off to.
