Creach

An incredibly ugly person. Said person may or may not be from this planet or completely human.

That guy in front of us in the Walmart checkout line is a total creach.

I hate going to the DMV, it's always a giant creach-fest.

Notable examples: Steve Buscemi, Anthony Davis, Lil Wayne, Honey Boo Boo's mom, Voldemort, Everyone in West Virginia, Etc.
