Medical team: A transfer of a patient from one surface to another. IE Bed to gurney, or Gurney to imaging table.

She was transferred to the gurney from nursing home bed via the sheet yeet technique.

In the medical field: Transferring a patient from a bed to gurney or vice versa utilizing the sheet they are laying on to slide them across.

The patient was moved from radiation table to gurney via sheet yeet with 2 EMTs.
