A slur often used to call someone whom is a notorious liar about serious subjects. Or someone who’s known for being nice, and does a out of character thing. (Usually used when someone does something outlandish)

“Hey did you hear the lie that she said earlier?”
“Yeah she’s acting like a real Maynard”

“Did you hear what he said to her?!”
“Yeah..what a Maynard”
