It is a portmanteau made from combining Neurodivergent & Quiddity. From the greek root word "Neuro" for nerve, nervous system, or brain, and the Latin root words "Quid" for "what", or "Quidditas" meaning "the essence of something".
Quiddity is defined as:
"The inherent nature or essence of someone or something", and "whatever makes something the type that it is".

Neurodivergent Economics focuses on investing in Neurodivergent-Owned businesses, community development, possession of land, education, startups, patents, or other resources that support the Neurodivergent Economy.
Supporters of Neurodivergent economics boycott businesses & non-profits that are ableisitic, predatory, or harmful to Neurodivergents or other impacted demographics.
Other forms of direct or indirect support may include related policy or advocacy work, activism, or campaigns for things such as demanding acceptance & raising awareness of information important to Neurodivergents or their communities.
(To prevent appropriation, it should be noted that this is inspired by the wisdom Black Economics / Black Capitalism and should NEVER be used in a manner that detracts from or robs the Black Economy. Furthermore, it is this author's opinion that when Neurodivergents cannot find a fellow Neurodivergent to spend their money with, one might do well to seek that product or service from the Black Community in support and solidarity for fellow impacted demographics. This also honors where our communities intersect for the many ignored, under-diagnosed, and much less frequently assessed Black Neurodivergents."

Get the Neurodivergent Economics mug.The term Toxic Masking comes from the Neurodivergent community and is most commonly associated as an issue impacting Autistic.
However, it can flexibly be applied to any marginalized group that is put in a position of pressure or threat to mask their identities and/or conform to provided stereotypes for acceptance and/or safety.
All true forms of "Masking" are Toxic Masking.
Which is not to be confused with "Disguising". A chosen and intentional tool used to get things done in a non-exclusive world.
Or being "Closeted" as a personal journey that can include protection from threat to ones safety, or personal comfort.
These are often harmful to the person too, however not as hardly of excluding as the alternative. These are constructs that must be undone so such compromises needed be made at the cost of emotional labor from Neurodivergent & other marginalized communities.

Get the Toxic Masking mug."Inclusivity Notes" Are notes featured in written or spoken language to provide context critical to inclusivity.
Similarly to "Trigger Warnings", Inclusivity Notes are placed at the top of a body of text, page, or at the beginning of the text it is relevant to.
It is inappropriate to feature Inclusivity Notes after the text they are relevant to, such as one would with a typical use of an asterisk (*) & a footnote at the end.
This is problematic as some would have to disrupt the flow of information to keep up. Such as with textbooks in classes or documents in meetings.
It is also inappropriate to feature Inclusivity :Notes within parentheses so as to be cited but not read alone.
Formal use of Inclusivity Notes should be in bold, or noted with asterisks at the beginning & ending of of the term. Then followed be a semicolon, the type of note, & detailes on the second line. Such as:
