Mammy's definitions
A "tool", "choad" or "lil' sack". Can be used to address a friend as well as someone in which you despise. Can also be used in somewhat polite company as a synonym for "fucker".
Friend: "Hey ucker, whatcha doing for lunch today?"
Despise: "Oh crap, here comes that stupid ucker again with his little whore of a girlfriend."
