A word used to show that whatever you did no matter how gay isn't gay as long as you say no homo.

Something someone says to cover up any gay act which would make that act not gay.

Jalan: Yo mark imma kiss you sexy no homo tho.
Mark: ooh i thought you was on that gay shit.
