Being extremely cheap, not wanting to do something because it is expensive.

Hilco is dutching out because he has to save money for his vacation. He would rather fall asleep on the couch.

"Hey do you want to go for a flight tonight?" "Naww I have soccer." Well Way to dutch out!!!
