A Harvey is a special needs person who is lovable. This description is reference to the song ‘Harvey’ with common depictions o F Harvey being a special needs person ~14 years old. An average person, or good person’s default reaction to a Harvey is to comfort them, and hug them, and tell them that it’ll be okay, o r they love them. A bitter o r hateful person would show opposite. If you find someone hating a special needs person or child, leave them.
