1. To describe a pack of slutty carnivorous females.
2. Used when describing a happy,unbelieveably memorable incident.

Nick: Brown man how was club 299 saturday night?
Brownie: Fuck man the bitches were loose, they were all up in my space.

Brownie: I heard you won the dancing competition to Dennis Leary, "Asshole"?

Lex: yeah dude you should have seen me, the bitches were loose!
