1.) A person, mainly of Fraternal origin, that has an aura of booze drinking, Holier than thou, and overall stupidity.

2.) A friend who drinks a lot and/or acts as above.

"Hey Simon, look at that Frat Ass."

"Dude, you are such a Frat Ass."
