runny mitch

The fecal river that cascades down ones legs during a run when no bathroom can be found. Usually the result of a Taco Bell feast or bad cheese. In the event of a runny mitch immediately take off your shoes and throw away your socks as things tend to pool up quickly.

Did you see Bob Blum today on the track, he had such a runny mitch.

Peak Tightness

The tingling feeling in one’s anus when walking or driving at an incredibly high altitude. It’s is often compared to a swarm of soggy fire ants or a secret tickle from a cousin.

My peak tightness was so bad today I had to take a muscle relaxer to use the bathroom.
