The process of ending and restarting a task, generally in Windows computers through the use of Task Manager.
Can also be used in any other situation where you would need to kill it with fire, then start over again.

Huni: "Hey, my League of Legends client crashed"
Faker: "Phoenix it."
Huni: "Hey, thanks - That fixed it"

My Chrome browser stopped working, so I had to phoenix it.
