When somebody spreads their buttcheeks and a guy dukes them up the ass. Hence making a "sandwhich" between their buttocks.

The makers of the miguzi cartoon network block suffered a miguzi sandwhich when their supervisors got pissed at the ratings drop.

standing up

For some reason this is harder than walking. It makes no sense.

I was standing up but I got tired, so I started walking / jogging and moving. It was considerably easier.
