The phrase used to warn others of a manipulative, abusive, narscissist romantic partner who will do anything to destroy their partner's/ex-partner's life to the point of lying in court and defaming the victim's reputation, at all costs.

That dude is a total Heard Alert, man. All he does is lie about his girl and treats her like crap.
