The Five Hundred Families (the 500, the Families, etc.) means the richies who run the world and steal our wealth. The bosses’ bosses. They include the following celebrities:

The two dozen royal families
The 469 ultra rich families on Wikipedia’s “list of wealthiest families.”

Trump’s not really in charge. The Five Hundred Families are the ones who really run the world.
