Accountability Operetta

A high-volume performance staged when basic responsibility is requested.

Features dramatic tone inflation, interpretive storytelling, selective outrage, and a sudden pivot to moral grandstanding.

Common plot twist: transforms “missed deliverable” and "behavioral outbursts" into a sweeping narrative about persecution, bias, and institutional decay — all while quietly dodging the original question or discussion about corrective poor workplace behavior.

Frequently includes strategic insinuations designed to make everyone too uncomfortable to return to the actual facts.
How was work last week while I was on PTO?

It was an Accountability Operetta. We asked Consuelo about the missed budget forecast. We got Act II of Les Misérables: Corporate Edition. She took no accountability. As said, she doesn't receive feedback well; and rarely gives feedback without it becoming an event where the actual facts are lost. What she seeks is she 'WINS' the debate.
