A person, place or thing who is extremely blunt, but often hides under the security blanket of a casual (Just kidding or haha I'm joking). A Sneaky Blunt will often say what they really mean first, followed by a way of escape tactic like those listed above. Can also be characterized as Passive Aggressive.
