Dozer

One who dresses and acts like a villain in a 80s teen movie. Uniform consists of polo shirt (usually collar up), tan or whale covered shorts, boat shoes, and sunglasses hung around the neck. From the concept that in most 80s teen movies the villain had a father who owned a construcion company. The villain would threaten to bulldoze the outsider teens hangout or community center.
