D1 literally means division 1, a high division of sports for high level athletes.
In slang, usually used to emphasise how good someone is at something (which isnt necessarily positive), like a D1 Glazer or D1 Hater.

The phrase D1 Crashout basically refers to someone who's liable to get ticked off very easily, or lose their mind/temper in a short period over something very simple.

(John): "Dude have you seen Luke raging in Madden 23. It was funny to see him get so angry over a game".

(Josh): "Yeah he does this all the time. He is a certified D1 Crashout".
