Forgotten people

A group of people that a particular society and or government has failed to sufficiently address that group’s needs and desires, causing them to have a strong distrust in that country’s society and government. In some cases, it drives large numbers of people in that group to want to leave that country and settle in another land, or get them rise up and attempt to overthrow that country’s government.

Forgotten peoples are often subject to unreasonable discrimination and or government persecution for their identities and or beliefs.
