The term originates from TikTok.

This is due to her friendly, sweet and talkative nature, which desperate men will mistake for a sign of her being attracted to them. This leads to a situation where a big group of clueless guys stick around in her orbit, unaware of the fact that she acts the same way towards all of them, and isn't actually interested in any of them.
She was so sweet and we had a great convo, I thought she might like me. Then I noticed that she's like that with everyone, she's just an orbiter magnet.
