It is achieved by moving, all lawn furniture, grills, coolers, plastic pots, etc, that were once restricted by zoning laws to your backyard, into your front yard. Its name is derived from Eddie Deloach, the mayor of Savannah, GA who has stopped all enforcement of the city's zoning code outside the city's historic district.

Eddies (or Edisons) are usually the best person you'll ever meet. They give the best hugs and can always make you smile. However, if you cross him you will never be closer to death because he is the king of arguing. Eddie's are often members of the LGBTQ+ community and being in a relationship with them is a truly enriching experience so never let go of them.
