A large bat made up of feces of the runny vampire variety, usually reddish brown in color and exist solely within the Pathfinder universe. The first noted example was discovered by a non-binary Dhampir named Sara "Without the H"

Batting Merrins

Australian slang saying for when someone is dating a person who is a significantly higher catch than themselves.w

The saying is a variation on the term "Batting Overs" which literally means you're batting above your average, but colloquially refers the above dating reference. It originated as a comment on former Rugby League player Trent Merrin during the time he was dating/engaged to professional surfer Sally Fitzgibbons.

Guy 1 "Have you seen his new girlfriend? She's so much better looking than he is"
Guy 2 "Yeah, he's definitely batting Merrins"

Snaking a bat

Smoking the remaining drugs in a pipe. Usually refers to the resin coating the inside of the stem, or the last bit of someone's bag.

"What are you doing?"
"Snaking a bat."
"Aw, you snaked what was left in my bowl!? That's all I had left!!"

shift bat

A sheet of paper or card that gives a bus driver their routes, times and running information (such as sign-on and off times, meal break times, bus type) for the shift they are allocated.

Henry the bus driver collected his shift bat from the depot at the beginning of his shift.
