A Fork moment has four steps on when to say it each represented by one of the fork's prongs.
Prong 1: Someone sees or hear about something
Prong 2: Someone thinks about it as a big deal
Prong 3: Someone receives more context on it and goes "oh I guess it's not a big deal".

Fork Tongued Twang. (FOWRed TUng tWANG) A Forked Tongue Twang is a dialect of American English language that was first popularized by defense attorneys during the O. J. Trial and is in popular use in the United States specifically by legal and law enforcement personnel . Recently this flowery dialect has caught on in Washington D. C. and is in usee by elected officials, such as Congressmen and in the Senate . It is characterized by gransiose verbage , sensationalism , and blatant character assassination disguised as personal character , charisma and charm.

The Mayor peppers his speech liberally with that Forked Tongue Twang , so no one believes a word he says and he lost the election .
