This phrase is often referenced to one of Dreamybull's videos in which he says "I'm about to cum", after many different ways of referencing to the joke including but not limited to; Ambatukam, Ambatubas, (etc.) One in particular stood out; "It's oozing out" referencing to the act of climax in sexual intimate actions.
