Pretending or giving the illusion of incompetence and ignorance to hide or conceal your intellectual genius or diabolical plan.

Rudy Giuliani intended to give a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel...but due to a mix up it was actually at...The Four Seasons Total Lawn Care Center that was between an Adult Bookstore and a Crematorium. The press thought it was a sign of his incompetence and true ignorance, but in reality it was "Incompetent Camouflage" designed by him to give his clients enemies a continued false sense of security while he continued with is plan.

The most desirable trait one must posses in order to serve as a County Commissioner. When combined with paralysis by analysis, this will create desirable leadership in government positions.

Good thing they used their incompetence powers or else they would have made the right decision!
