To be in your duffle is a term for when you're locked in or prepared this could also be used when you have had a series of good events happen to you

Friend: yo dog you ready for the bio test
Me: yeah man I studied for 4 hours last night

Friend: damn bro you’re in your duffle

Or

Friend: Hey bro how was your game last night
Me: Great bro I dropped 30 and we won, plus I got 100 on my bio test

Friend: damn I guess you’re just in your duffle
