They wouldn't be on the same channel if they weren't the same show!' and that's ridiculous. Preposterous even! So, self-conscious thoughts are still not the same as negative emotion but it would be convenient for you for people to view thinking about themselves as a negative thing."

When you have racing anxious thoughts and you say them out loud as a pressure release to stop worrying and let go of the thoughts

I was panicking about the movie tomorrow and just said out loud as a thought dump"I'm fucking freaking out it's probably gonna be fine it's just a movie anyway" and felt better within minutes.

Thought can be enjoyable if you've got something to do. Other times I wish I could shut the whole process off.
