A big arse speed hump usually of the tabletop/school crossing type that is so high that it prevents any fully sick wog in his dramatically lowered car from going over it, some try and because of it's flat top design the hump effectivly traps them, rendering them unable to move off the hump without major damage to their bodykit. while to others it just keeps them from entering the area
