Quora is a forum where you can ask and answer questions about a wide variety of topics.

A Quora Sniper is a Quora-centric troll that:

Posts flamebait or loaded questions.
Lays in wait for answers to the above they can savage (or ad hom people).
Refuses to provide their own answers to questions posted.

This sort of behavior detracts from the value of Quora.

Person 1: I answered a question about The Balkan Wars and someone from Serbia is calling me a racist and a Serbophobe!

Person 2: Be careful answering some questions on here; it looks like you found a Quora Sniper.
