anime jock

An anime jock is an anime fan who does the following. They hate on weak main characters and talk down on them. You can see them in the comment section on an anime page. they say things like, "the MC is a wuss" "I hate the MC he is so weak." They just expect every main characters to man up and be strong and some would take the worse route expecting the MC to man up and be strong from the get go and shame them otherwise. An anime jock could also be a subtitle supremist shunning on people who honestly prefer dubs. they're like the anime fan's equivalent of the so called "cool" kids we hear about in school.

why do i have the funny feeling that these "Shinji is a wussy and blah blah blah weak MC" comments might have been made by a bunch of anime jocks?

When two jocks meet up with each other and start arguing about some sports, athletes, or the game they saw, or some other sport-type thing and every body else is like... wut

A jock-a-rambo is an athlete engaged in violent contact sports who is highly aggressive, often in part owing to the use of steroids. More than other athletes, his violence defines him. He suffers from the mindset that the hard hit, high sticking, whip tackling, spearing, brushback pitches, hard sliding, and other marginal or illegal techniques are essential ways to gain an edge in competition.

Jack Tatum, free safety for the Oakland Raiders in the 1970s, paralyzed Darryl Stingley of the New England Patriots in a 1978 NFL preseason game with a very violent, though legal, hit. He recounted this incident in the ultimate jock-a-rambo book, THEY CALL ME ASSASSIN, published in 1979.
