The definition of a sploof: someone who is constantly doing an idiotic thing that could or could not have been easily prevented

Marine dropped her vibrator out of her pocket in the middle of class, not once but twice.. everyone called her a sploof.

Sploofed

When a canine (Dog) lays flat on it's stomach and stretches it's arms and legs to the point of no return. It then relaxes it's muscles and goes limp.

Often this act is observed as adorable.

The Dog just sploofed all over the floor Janis, look.
OMG that dog is sploofing.
