New Orleans Shine Dome

The New Orleans Shine Dome is when your are in the presence of a person with less hair than the average person has on their head for example a receding hair line or just being bald.So when your with them either a light or the sun catches their head and shines in your face which can cause a lot of discomfort.

Person one: Yo that kid over there is giving me a New Orleans Shine Dome.

Person two: Yea the light is catching his head just right. It’s so annoying!
