Eagle Scout

The "rank" someone achieves after having sexual intercourse with a little person (e.g.: dwarf, midget, etc). The insinuation is that very few individuals can claim to have had sex with a little person, just as few people can claim the BSA rank of Eagle Scout.

baldy scout

A term to define a Scouts BSA member who has gone above and beyond. Much like Mt.Baldy they have reached a peak and are a top 1% scout. Baldy Scouts are peak scouts within the organization.

That guy is an Eagle Scout, he’s a Philmont Ranger, and he has staffed NAYLE. He is definitely a Baldy Scout.
