Masterbation helps for all of 5 minutes then it’s back on. Obviously I’m addicted to porn as it helps me masterbate more often to calm the unending torrents, but I’ve been trying really hard to quit as it’s so bad for my mental health and the way I see women, and my hyperactive libido has gotten so much worse. I can’t find any outlet for it at all; nothing I try can make it just stop.
