Being alone with thoughts is the worst thing to happen to a man most of the time is something that we can’t really describe pain wise mentally wise it’s the worst thing ever I’m alone my thoughts right now it sucks. Can’t believe I ruined everything. Can’t believe it’s all my fault.

When you want to mention 988 thoughts(Suicidal thoughts) instead of saying that say 988 thoughts so if someone doesn’t know that 988 is the crisis hotline then they won’t know you want to kill yourself. So you inform those like school friends while only being able to talk to them at school.

Person A: Fuck man I’ve been having more 988 thoughts than before.
Person B: Hey it’ll get better dude.
Person C: *Trying to ease drop on the conversation but doesn’t know what 988 thoughts are*
Person D: *Knows what 988 thoughts are but doesn’t say anything and hope that person A will get better*

intrusive sex thoughts

It’s like I have hyperactive libido ramped up to 1000x. Sex dominates my thoughts every waking moment of every day. Masterbation helps for all of 5 minutes then it’s back on. Obviously I’m addicted to porn as it helps me masterbate more often to calm the unending torrents, but I’ve been trying really hard to quit as it’s so bad for my mental health and the way I see women, and my hyperactive libido has gotten so much worse. I can’t find any outlet for it at all; nothing I try can make it just stop.
