The all round aching feeling during a woman's period. When the pain is so bad and it feels like it is spreading through you and all you can do is wrap up in a blanket and try not to cry.

tug of pain

When your pubes stick to your shaft while you're doing something, you become constantly hurt with the pain of your hairs feeling like they're plucked. It's not a good sensation (especially in public) since you need to adjust the hair so that it doesn't stick. This is usually a problem for men who don't shave or trim their pubes. I'm sure men out there know what I'm talking about.

Pain in the ass

A person or task that is irritating, challenging, or annoying, usually more so than it has to be.

I am a medic and every two years I have to get recertified. It's an unnecessary pain in the ass, because I have to file about 10 million papers and every two years they change it, and it's pointless anyways because I'm obviously not going to suddenly forget how to do my job.

Pain Magnet

No matter what this person does, they'll get hurt. They're very unlucky, and even the best of situations can be ruined within a few seconds. Pain Magnets tend to be very kind though... Well... Unless you do something to make them angry. Then they'll cause you pain, or at least try to.
