A point in time after you took your last hit of "coke". Usually after about an hour, when you are coming down miserably.

About an hour after my last hit of numb numb, I was really "Flying Low".

The anger you feel when you order an item needed to fix your house and it takes three months to get a window.

I have lowes rage because when it rains, the windows I order from them that they promised would be in a month ago, are still no where to be found and I have a wet new floor.

Low class Italians, generally ones who wear wife beater T-shirts, scam the system and know people in the pizza business. Houses always smell of some type of low grade Italian food.
