This expression tends to become a purely racist expression, as it is used to convey a highly perverse racial stereotype that associates white people with clumsiness or perpetual racism, in particularly towards simple white people who don’t cause trouble and mind their own business, who aren’t “sophisticated” and who are therefore easy targets for falsely intellectual people with a strong superiority complex, also called “baizuo”.
